FOUNDERS
The founders of Hypotek have extensive experience both as principal real estate developers and providers of debt finance over the last decade. They have used this experience to establish an ethos of excellence in everything we do at Hypotek.
Amit was a property lawyer at Taylor Wessing and investment director of one of the largest foreign capital development companies in the Baltics, before becoming involved in debt finance. He has been involved in lending hundreds of millions of pounds to SME developers.
Nikolay was an investment manager for LiplLaar and a management consultant for goetzpartners, as well as a principal developer, before becoming involved in debt finance. He has been involved in lending hundreds of millions of pounds to SME developers.
